TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- All data remains property of Imperium Legacy
- Pricing is per office.
- At all times Imperium Legacy is in control of ad spend budget to the advertising platforms.
- 3 month agreement period which rolls into new agreement at the end of each term.
- If either party wishes to terminate agreement unless is major breach of ethical/brand reputation a written notice of 30 days is required.
- Both parties endeavour to keep open communication and work together as a partnership to achieve the maximum result. All correspondance to be held in strict confidence.
- At no point is the agreement, assets, private business knowledge to be shared outside of this agreement by either party.
- Assets and content may be edited to suit the use of the above systems mentioned to achieve the maximum results. All AI technology, ads and landing pages developed by Pinnacle Online Marketing remain the intellectual property of the agency and upon ending of the agreement will be treated as such and will be kept by the agency. Client data is and always will be owned by the client and as such at culmination of partnership will be handed over to client.
